Front desk staff were very quick, attentive, and helpful with check in and any requests, and the breakfast had a lot of great options. The room was comfortable and clean. I would easily come here again.

Staff woke me up !!!
Posted 17 Jan 2022 on HotelsIts all good until the 3rd day the staff woke me up because they knew it was my last day but its not . I was staying there for 5days.. i hope its not gonna happen again .

Posted 25 Sep 2019 on HotelsValue for $. Staff was helpful and friendly. They gave us a smoking room. When we said we needed a non- smoking room, they accommodated. Just remember that the Japanese operate like clockwork. Checkin at 4pm mean 4pm. Breakfast closed at 9:30 and it will close at 9:30 sharp. If you are a minute late .... too bad.
