Reason given was that Rainbow Takayama House was not in a state to be rented due to dirt and odor. The house we were put in instead was not particularly nice, fairly old, and generally not in a great state, so I can only imagine what our originally booked place was like. "

Long stay guests (e.g. 5 nights) have to pay extra if they want the room cleaned or sheets changed during their stay.
