The staff was polite minus 1 or 2 giving dirty looks, the AC in the room was good but the carpet looks old, dirty and out dated. Almost like it's never been cleaned before. The bathroom felt a little crowded but the shower works great heat and pressure wise.

It was good for a 1 night stay. It was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good as hotel breakfasts go.

Room was filthy, they had no replacement rooms, management was unhelpful and not empathetic. They did nothing to fix the problem or compensate us for the stress and poor conditions.
