False advertisement, the pool is dirty. The rooms are dirty. I book with balcony when I came in they did not give me a room with balcony. This is the worst experience of my life yeah

The staff was very nice though they were so busy and understaffed, they did a great job. The carpet in my room was really gross, old and made me uncomfortable to walk on without shoes but the rest of the room and property was nice! They could definitely use an extra front desk person at least on weekends. The poor guy working was SLAMMED and doing his very best!

Honestly it was great. Peaceful and clean. Language barrier but they try. Clean room. Friendly staff

Second time staying at this location. Friendly staff, . Completely safe area ,convenient to walk to shopping mall, outlets and restaurants. I would highly recommend and will be a returning guest myself.

The hotel exterior appeared great and so did the lobby, which initially gave a great impression. However, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The carpet had visible bloodstains, the bathroom wall tiles were broken, the tub was filthy, and the air vent appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
