If you like an retro expereince, this motel fits the bill! If you would prefer everything looking new, this place is not for you. I love the retro feel and comfort of the drive right to the door, old time motel. Also, whenever I stop, the staff is so very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and I get a great night sleep every night. If my trip takes me by Heyburn and the time is right, I choose Tops Motel each time.

No one in office for check in.Holes in carpet, sheets stained,one towel and one washcloth for 2 people,no way to regulate heat and air.

They did not have any reservation under my name. No room available. I left at 10 pm to find other place.

We would have loved to stay the night but no one was at the office when we arrived. We had messaged we would be in late. We had driven 18 hours. We called and rang the bell but nobody answered. We have up and went to the truck stop and slept in the car.
