"A few minor issues which were resolved when raised with staff, however overall very pleased. Customer service was exceptional as always. Breakfast was very good but same items everyday, which was slightly disappointing. Would be good if different items were served. "

"Perfect location for a break in Istanbul. Historic hotel with lovely rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Walking distances to lots of great restaurants and bars, and attractions. Highly recommend."

"Had to wait long time for check in . We had an upgrade on the room. Had dinner at one of the restaurants. Server did not know the ingredients of the pizza. We also had to look around for the server if we needed something else. Overall stay was very good . I would recommend it and I would stay here again. "
