Great Hotel

Sante is an excellent hotel with great service. Room is fine, location is very quiet and staff is outstanding. The only issue would have been lack of A/C, but it was not nd during the day, I was out.an issue because I could open the balcony door wide at night a

Unlucky night, could have been better.

Booked superior rooms with balcony 3 months in advance but didn't get them as hotel was full and we were put on 3rd floor in the attic rooms which were spacious but not relaxing as ceiling sloping roof was awkward. Other rooms looked really good and as we had hoped. One room was swapped for a standard with balcony on ground floor but restricted vie too. We were given a reduced rate but told we were unlucky, that's true. so make sure if you want a good room, to ask for 2nd floor balcony room and get there earlier than 6pm so that it isn't given to guests that turn up earlier!

Where is Lake Balaton?

Bright and airy, but pretty 'plain Jane' . Very few in room amenities. Not really on or even very near Lake Balaton, but in a residential neighborhood in the next town. Staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was fine.

It was so nice, service was very good, staff very nice and helpful. The rooms were so nice and big, it felt like we were given an extra special suite by mistake. Would definitely stay again!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Ich kam morgens um 8.00 Uhr an und konnte bereits das Zimmer beziehen. Super. Die Zimmer sind gross. Raumklima trotz 36°C draussen auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Frühstück ist gut. Team ist nett und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag war die Batterie meines Autos leer. Ohne Hilfe wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen.

Sehr freundlich, wir sind nach 24:00 angekommen und die Reception wurde nur für uns noch einmal besetzt und der Check-Inn klappte wunderbar. Danke

Die Lage sowie Preis - Leistung - ausgezeichnet, sehr sauber , großes DB-Zimmer, Top Service... Wir würden wieder dort buchen..
