Posted 2 Jan 2020 on HotelsReally comfortable room and lovely staff at front desk. Breakfast the next day was amazing, only issue was the aircon in the room left the room to be rather hot. Overall would highly recommend for Hertford.

I liked the lication and the room beubv clean anx providing tea and coffee.
I didn't like that it is not easy to park and that the restaurant was too noisy and that the check out is at 11.00 (too early) and breakfast finishes at 10.00 (too early)

Just too noise
Posted 4 Nov 2019 on HotelsJust way too noisy. The bar turned into a makeshift nightclub until beyond 2:00 am
Everything else was just fine. But being able to sleep is quite high up my priorities

The internet was on and off most of the time that on, as well as the Hot water. The room was vert hot and not air conditioning in the room. There was not a sheet between the comforter and the guest body, so that meant that it was no washed or change everyday. All the guest used the same comforter....
However, the room was clean and the personnel excellent.

Our WIFI has been updated along with our hot water system.
We have also installed air conditioning in some rooms.
