Ekaterini was immaculate with her cleaning efforts & preparation/presentation of our room. The location was amazing. The house keeping was fantastic. Katarina, who made our room, was both very nice and kind, but also very good at keeping the rooms fresh and clean. The service at the hotel was good, but it was very hard to get in touch with the hotel in before hand. They didn't answer to e-mail until serveral days afterwards and they didn't answer the phone at all. The hotel was very cozy. Not luxurious, but we found it very charming and cute.

The best maid ever Katerina! So energetic and thorough! Working all day long on 30°C and smiling all the time!? Need to replace towels or shampoos, they are there before you have chance to ask! Antonios, the receptionist, very helpful and informative! He has the answers on all of your questions and he can get you whatever you need!

The proximity to the beach being right across the road was excellent.The windows were all covered in a white film which made it impossible to see out. There are over 20 stairs to get to the rooms - and suitcases must be carried up. Not ideal for over 70 year olds. There were not enough lights in the room - no light at all in kitchen. Kitchen had no dishes or cutlery, no microwave - but did have a fridge. The breakfast was ok if you wanted fruit and cereal but the eggs and meat options were not good at all. The cleaning lady is very nice and friendly.

Bed was so hard I still have back pain a week later, the room was horrible, no tv or anything. The bathroom had no shower door so when you showered all the water went all over the floor. There was also a strong smell of mould in the room.
