The hotel is in a great location, about 1 mile from Hersheypark & close to the outlets & restaurants. The lobby sells a good selection of snacks, candy, drinks, & even alcohol. Our free breakfast was very good. Overall, the hotel was very clean. There’s a small pool & small gym. Only negative that we all didn’t like — the soap dispenser! Unsanitary bc you have to squeeze the bottle several times for soap to come out. Didn’t bother using the lotion bc it’s the same way.

Very clean, continental breakfast was delicious and packed with a variety of food choices. The staff were extremely friendly.

The property was well kept
Our room was excellent. The staff was helpful and polite. We would go back to this hotel.

We had an excellent stay for the short time there, but unfortunately the first night we experienced uncleaned sheets in our bedroom. The front desk was able to help provide new sheets however only offered to provide us points rather than a complimentary night. Chatting with customer service regarding the situation was not helpful as well.
All in all, I will not be staying at this Tru by Hilton location again.

The attraction to Hershey is the theme park. In and around Hershey is not the most desirable area. However, this hotel was a great location for the park and the Giant stadium
