The property is clean and quiet for an economy style hotel. Room was clean, wished mattress was a little softer but still a good night sleep. Coffee in the morning was very good. Parking is tight but good location from Hershey Park and restaurants in the area.

When we returned soaked from a rainstorm the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us additional towels. The room offered my family the space we needed to relax without being in each other's way.

We enjoyed the close parking to enter the building. We were able to park our motorcycle under the hang over next to the building giving us protection from the weather . The housekeeping staff were so attentive. The continental breakfasts were very nice.

Nice quiet area. Great hotel and wonderful employees. Quick easy check in check out . Wonderful breakfast lots of food for everyone. Only 5 min from Hershey park and 10 min from all restaurants really enjoying staying in this hotel.

The hotel was close to Hersheypark. Easy access to shops & dining. Clean hotel, good breakfast, quiet area. Beds are a little firm to my liking, but rooms were clean, roomy & nice.

The hotel was definitely WAY overpriced. The breakfast was dismal. The a/c was not working in the hallway on the 3rd floor where our room was located so they’d placed an oscillating fan to help with airflow but still very warm and stale feeling/smelling. Our room was outdated and dusty. The linens and towels were clean but the room itself felt as if it had only been wiped down.

Good value for price. Other name brands almost 2x cost - this will do. Clean enough. Rooms could use a freshening up but acceptable. Nice staff. Decent breakfast - does the job. There was stained blood on chair in rm 304 - replace that bad boy!

Not clean, I am very aware that the industry is taking a hit on obtaining and retaining staff especially in housekeeping, but if I'm paying a premium price for a room then you should create a positive and lucrative work environment to encourage them to stay. People should not have to stay in beds that were not laundered from the previous room occupants, then expect the customer to change their own sheets.
