Staff is incredibly friendly, their pet policy is very reasonable, and overall this Sonesta ES is a great value. "We decided to stay due to long layover, arrived in the wee houra of the morning and there was no shuttle service to the hotel, understable, but I did see the Marriot Hotel shuttle picking up some guests. Maybe Hilton should reconsider providing that service? Called an Uber and arrived, everything was super clean.
