I wasn't a fan of what I saw. We checked out the same day we checked in.

The lady at check in was very nice as well gentleman at check out. The issues that I had was we had three rooms on reservation and was charged deposit at time of check in and promised deposit upon departure and still have not received this back on my card. One of the rooms had no shower curtain or hot water but when reported they was quick about this. I would probably not stay here again, but for some it may be ideal! The breakfast does not have a great selection either! The coffee is like water too!

I had to fix the toilet twice; I killed a bug in the bathtub, our key cards stopped working after the first night; the remote controls are not functioning and have no clear instructions as to which buttons work and which do not. It would be great customer service to place 2 water bottles in the room to use with the coffee pot or for someone to take medicine. There is no water served at the continental breakfast. Thankfully we could walk to the Sonic.

Unsafe and undesirable

The check in lady was not friendly and had an attitude and the room was very dingy and dirty looking. The lamp had a spider web or cob web something on it and it just felt old and not safe
