"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. "Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."

"Front desk doesn't really care. I told them the elevator doesn't work; I have to carry all my luggages to the top floor. Her answer was " I know". Told her that I got food to cook but there was not a pan to cook with. Her comment was " I will tell Maintenace". I come to Ravensburg 4 times a year for business. I sure will not ever stay here again. "

New Castle exploration!!

"This hotel is absolutely perfect, the complete Danube river side of the hotel looks right at the Hohenzollern Castle, which is so beautiful!! Everything in the rooms worked, breakfast was delicious and abundant, you will not leave hungry for sure. Staff is so nice and friendly, we definitely come back for another short trip. They have a restaurant as well that Has a wonderful menu."

Great hotel

"New hotel, that was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and 5 mins to the train station. Family room had a bunk bed and a double bed. Only bad thing is that the floors seemed thin as we could hear the child moving around the door above. If travelling alone the walk to the town involved a walk through an underground tunnel. We found no issues but it could put off a women on her own. There are alternative routes to town, but slightly longer."

"The room was clean and nice furniture. The view was nice from the room. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a garbage can outside to throw out trash. Also the towels provided looked old and worn out. But the staff was friendly and informative "
