It was clean, the receptionist was kind and helpful. Unfortunately there wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities which was disappointing as we had a very long day travelling , not sure if we would stay here again

Location of course is the main attraction and convenience. Clean and comfortable property. While the shower is so tiny you can barely fit in it, it is private shower while many places offer shared bathrooms. For location, amenities and price this is a gem. Special thanks to the breakfast room staff who kept the breakfast room stocked and clean during the breakfast hours and were always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

The best location in the square centre, surrounded by great eateries, bars, cafes and shops, yet so quiet. Lovely, friendly staff too. Loved the view from the balcony. The lobby area though, needs brightening up, especially the bar and breakfast area. Great value though.

The hotel ideally situated in the middle. All the staff were pleasant. Only issue is the pictures provided in Hotel.com are misleading. If you are big built, try to avoid the hotel. The room, bed and specially the shower room is too small. I struggled a lot.

Was amazing people very friendly very good location , very clear room all perfect bathroom very nice a Litle small but for bath very pleasant. Is in the middle of the downtown with restaurant around but the system of their doors you don't eat any outside . I love it and yes I will stay there always when I back to Heraklion

Property is as described. a bit old and beds are not super comfortable and specially for ladies... but the location and the price are highlights of this centrally located old styles hotel. if you are a budget traveller who wants to live right in the center of the city.. this is probably the best and only option even in peak season.

The night front desk receptionist/mgr is RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. The day man is sweet and friendly. Gave me good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The Location is a TEN hands down. Liked being in the center, walking everywhere. Overnight Parking is available 10 minutes walk from the hotel, since there’s No Street Parking. Streets are tiny, hotel room is tiny (You can’t even turn around in the bathroom without hitting something :) great value for your money. Breakfast is very limited I passed, didn’t care much for it.
