"Our second stay and we love that all of the rooms have a different character and decor. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We had a corner room with views down the valley as well as overlooking a brook and wooded area. Just one reminder - take your own hot drinks supplies."

"The Redbrook lodge was beautiful. Ample parking at the property and easy to get to. Everything supplied that you would need for an overnight stay. The bathroom door was a bit tempramental as it is on a runner but i assume it just needed fitting back onto the runner so not really a criticism. The outdoor lights were not working but the warden was quick to come and attempt to fix them, but was unsuccessful. I would still stay again."

"Outstanding!! Place is lovely and comfy and well decorated. Kitchen and house is well stocked and views are nice. Parking next door is restaurant car park is easy. Communication and access was easy and good. "

"Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone...

Fantastic Stay at Norton Grange Hotel – Highly Rec

"We booked a one-night stay at Norton Grange Hotel while attending a friend’s birthday party nearby and opted for a privilege room at a very reasonable rate. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our stay included access to the leisure facilities and spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed – a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and even toiletries like toothbrushes and shavers, in case we had forgotten anything. Breakfast was perfect, with a buffet offering a wide variety of options. We requested poached eggs, which the staff happily prepared fresh for us. The checkout time of 12 PM gave us a little extra time to enjoy the spa before leaving – the perfect way to end our stay. I only wish we had more time to make the most of it, but unfortunately, we had to rush back for my son’s football match. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend Norton Grange Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! "
