Great Location near to Station and City Centre

Has a great breakfast, rooms are spacious and only downside is the lack of lift to the upper floors.

Posted 1 Jun 2019 on HotelsWas the last room available in town when I booked it. Checkin was really quick and the girl was friendly as she got the owner to check me in. He was absolutely super nice. Offered tips of places to eat, things to do, etc. but since I’ve been here many times before I said I was fine. He said if I need assistance with anything to let hi know. Such a friendly host he was! Even waved and said hi to me in the street later on that day!!! Got to my room and it was nice and around the corner from the main hotel in another building. Smaller but it was a adequate for myself. Best part is that it was hot out and being an older place I wasn’t expecting a/c but being on the main floor, the shade that my room was in made it cool thru the day and at night. Breakfast in the main hotel was plentiful and very good with a lot to choose from. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come thru!

Enjoyed our stay at Halber Mond, good rooms, good food, good beer and all at good prices. And the staff were lovely. Will stay again.

Good location on the Bergstrasse. Lovely biergarten and wonderful food. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
