EXCELLENT service & experience
Posted 5 Oct 2024 on HotelsEXCELLENT service. We had a fantastic 4-day weekend escape. The staff were truly excellent - personable, attentive...just lovely. Nothing was a bother. My wife was offered a free coffee when departing for a very early morning walk. Seriously, this place has lifted to become a destination of choice in Hepburn.

Very lovely renovation of an original hotel from early 19th century… really comfortable place to sit on comfy couches in lounge area and dining room with amazing European gardens. We stayed in modern cabins but hotel also has gorgeous rooms.

The Mineral Spring Hotel is a beautiful older hotel with modern facilities. It has a peaceful ambiance with charming staff. I have visited several times and look forward to again experiencing this amazing place in the future.

Great facilities. Clean and quite. Enjoyed the in-room bubble bath agfter a 17km hike.
I tried couple of times to reach room service, but no answer. Otherwise, all good
