The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. "Beautiful property and right next to madea flats for snorkeling and diving. Great location with great cafes nearby. The hot tub was a bonus. Full kitchen and kitchenware. We were even offered a complimentary wine bottle - super yummy!! Bed was fine - firm as I’ve noticed in Japan. The pillows were very lumpy. Other than that, perfect stay. "

"Loved having a space for a larger group! Didn’t love that the beds were so uncomfortable. Loved the location and walkability and the amazing smoothie bowl place around the corner. Did not love that the wifi never ended up working. All in all, the price was good and we were almost never there because we were adventuring. The washing machine was an awesome feature as well! "

"Great location. Access to nearby pool at Okinawa Pool Resort, also where you do check-in/out. We skipped the pool and did beaches instead. Wanted to get away and this place is away. Good places to eat local within 5 min drive and more options within 15 min. Nice sized grassy front yard. "

"宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。 「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。 宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。 また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。 緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。 宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。"

"重大疏失：給錯鑰匙盒的密碼！手機無法撥打漫遊電話，使用hotels message 也毫無回應，我們需要特別開車到附近飯店借電話，才能聯繫上民宿主人。 當下（晚上8點）民宿主人也無法直接到現場處理，前後1個多小時，才收到正確的密碼，我們實在都累壞了。 這是第二次住宿，屋裡的設備如先前一樣齊全，但戶外的露台就沒有維護，蠻可惜的。 房間採光非常好，但沒有遮光窗簾，早上5點多就會被太陽叫醒。（我很意外之前的房客沒有人反應過嗎？） 這裡的住宿環境非常幽靜，沒有什麼光害，抬頭就可以看到滿天星星。 我們忘了一個行動電源在房間裡，但留言給民宿主人，迄今沒有任何回應。 以上是我自認很中肯的住宿經驗，供參。"

"Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part.
