"The apartment looked nice and well maintained but we found that general housekeeping was sorely lacking. Things like missing bulbs in bedside lamps, toilet flushing mechanism not working, dusty cupboards, lack of towels, to name a few. The apartment was also advertised as having 3 queen size beds, when in fact it only had double beds. No bath robes or slippers as advertised. "We booked here because we wanted to visit the Apartheid museum and was much further away than was listed. Although it had a security gated entrance the neighborhood was sketchy. Room was clean but no elevator. Nice and helpful staff "
