It was confusing to find the reception for check in. From the S level at night when there was no one around to help. Everything was closed. Escalators were shut down too and blocked off.

Someone had smoked in our room previously. Had to call housekeeping. Also went to the cashier to get gambling cash because the ATM didn’t work. They wouldn’t give us cash unless we joined Penn or gave them our email and phone number. Very rude too! Lastly, Bakery Cafe had stale baked goods!
