I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear your comments. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at La Quinta Inns & Suites, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. I will share your comments with all the other workers to improve our service.I am sorry for the inconvenience for any moment. Our main goal is to keep this place safe and comfortable for every guest.I replaced windows, mattresses, drapery, TV, more than 26ea shower rooms, upgraded Internet speed, changing door locks, and much more for the last 2 and half years. And there are still on-going projects for the 6 more shower rooms during this winter. We still plan to change the furniture inside the room and the carpet in the hallways, upgrading the lobby, adding more lights at the back of the parking lot to make the promise more secure, and the breakfast area as well as elevator renovation. It will take time to finish all of these. But We will continue the upgrade renovation.I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with me. I look forward to serving you in the future. We were put in a smoking room when we booked a non smoking room. The person at front desk refused to change our room until a manager came to the property and we explained the situation to him, only then we got another room. In general horrible experience with this hotel. Never staying here again and don't recommend.

Our main goal is to keep this place safe and comfortable for every guest.La Quinta Inn Henderson adopted strong smoking violation rule and policy without any exception or excuse. However, sometimes, some of guest hides smoking sign. Once front desk knew it was smoked inside the room, front desk clerk closes the room and block for days. But there was no report for that room.Also, the front desk clerk who helped you to check in is new and started work not long ago. So, he didn't sure what he must do when he got your complaint. I am sorry and I told him what the best way he can do to take care of guest's complaint.I appreciate your patient and you taking the time to share your experience with me.
