It had been a long time since I had stayed here and I had a wonderful time. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was fantastic, and the front desk staff were friendly. The price is higher than the hotels in the area, but I am glad I chose this hotel.

Parking space is tricky and narrow for bigger vehicles. Room was tidy and had the necessities. The shower pressure could have been better, there was some dust in the coffee cups. Breakfast was lovely and you have a wide choice of restaurants near by.

Great hotel in a superb location. Surrounded by popular attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and near main train station. Standard room is a little small. Lobby could add a weighing scale for luggage. Pool lock is not on time. We stayed 3 nights and were fed same boring breakfast everyday. More cleaning staff needed instead of discouraging guests to clean their rooms. Overall a worthy stay.

Overall my stay was good. I liked the pool as it was great to do laps. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. The scrambled eggs were awful. They had no selection of coffee ( no decaf, lattes or cappuccino). Also as a non meat eater, they didn’t have much variety of cheeses to select from. The porridge was very good as well as berry compote

There were flush waters running from upper floors right behind the wall, and the noise started 5 am, when the first customers woke up upstairs. There were no way to be able to sleep. Very annoying considering the price of the hotel!!

Hotellihuoneessa oli ihana yllätys lapselle, jonka synttäreitä olimme tulleet juhlimaan. Kiitos siitä! Uima-altaalla miesporukka oli ottanut alueeen omiin bileisiinsä, musiikki huusi ja omat juomat oli altaan reunalla mukana. Oli turvaton olo yrittää uida vieressä. Onneksi pyydettäessä hetken päästä respa ja vartija tulivat saamaan porukan rauhoittumaan. Check inissä meni aikaa, piti ottaa vuoronumero että pääsi tiskille asioimaan joka oli hassua. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan ok yöpyminen mutta miettisin toiste tulenko pikkujouluaikaan keskustan hotelliin varsinkaan lapsi mukana, harmi etten tajunnut tätä aiemmin.
