Rooms are old and smelly. Toilets are old and dirty. Service is great but hotel needs major renovations.

People are not friendly - they never smile - some of them are rude.
I asked the lady in the front desk for a pen, she was upset and told me: “but you have to bring it back”.

The hotel is very good but it is situated next to very busy highway and it it is very noisy
