From the minute we arrived and were enthusiastically greeted at the door by Matt we knew we made the right choice. The house was unbelievably charming with such attention to detail. It was like going back in time … with all the conveniences of today! Delicious breakfast, walkable to great restaurants, we’ll be back for sure!

Like Coming Home

Colleen is one of the most welcoming and kind hosts we've ever had the pleasure of staying with and I felt like I'd known her all my life. She graciously and without hesitation switched our room when we discovered our bathroom was adjacent and not ensuite. We were within blocks of the historic downtown and 2 blocks away from Benny's, a fun little restaurant with amazing service. Many thanks to Colleen and her 2 longer-term guests for making us feel welcomed.

Loved this house and what Colleen has done with it. She was a wonderful hostess and is an excellent cook. Would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast.

A very loud French visitor made a scene about the wrong room. Very disturbing and rude on his part

My apologies for my late response to your review.The above mentioned incident was unfortunate and I am sorry for the disruption. The guests were happy by the next morning and I can only assume they were very tired upon their arrival. It was lovely having you as guests of the Carolina.
