What we had hoped for!
Posted 1 Aug 2022 on HotelsOur stay was a blast and exactly what we were hoping for. Can't wait to make it back again and this time be sure to get a reservation for dinner!
Live music from our decks was an added bonus.
Kids had a blast and the golfing was fun.

Posted 28 Jun 2022 on HotelsThis was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful. It did get cold at night but there is extra blankets in the tent and the owner offered more if needed. There is a porta potty on sight with a very, very small shower but with great hot water. The restaurant had very good food but is only open for dinner on Thurs. - Sat. There is Kim's marina just down the street with a small store and laundry mat that you can go to for snacks and ice if you have an ice chest or if you need to do some laundry. If your wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle and get back to nature, this is the place.

The water in the container in the room tasted like soap. It would be better if they provided bottled water for drinking and a container like that for washing.

Well I don’t understand the water taste like soap because it’s fresh potable water and you were here for two days but you never mentioned it to us! So if you have a problem you should’ve come directly to us not posted on the Internet we would’ve done whatever he could do to solve your problem! We interacted with you several times you had plenty of time to tell us there was a problem with the water! Our water is monitored by the county and is a public water system!
Next time contact the owners I S instead of posting something that we could’ve handled!

A nice intimate getaway for those seeking really good food, drink, and a comfortable glamping excursion. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the band rocked the house!

Was very old, walking felt like you could fall through at any step, and bathrooms were not clean at all. Maybe in winter it would work, but no electricity or any type. You have one lantern.

Well Brenda that was not a very nice review I don’t know if you’ve ever stayed in the clapping tent before we’ve been doing it for over six years and have tons of fabulous reviews some people are just better at the Holiday Inn! The Porta potty service once a week! The flooring in every unit is secure nobody’s falling through! And electricity no when you book it if you would’ve read the booking clearly he didn’t say anything about having electricity this is camping with a nice bed! And a nice tent over your head! Sorry it wasn’t for you it’s not for everyone good luck

It wasn’t open when I got there. The host called me minutes before arrival and said was closed for the winter.
