I did not care for all the druggies staying/living there. A lot of crime seems to happen at this place. Upon walking to the stairwell to go upstairs, we noticed a lot of blood on the sidewalk and handrailing. Noticed drug deals going on in front of rooms, in the walkways. Traffic coming n going at all times of the day n night.
Our heater for our room did not work and room was not very clean. Toilet was filthy.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Should see about getting some of my money back, bad place to send your customers

Would NOT recommend! Room was filthy. Nothing seemed to be clean at all. The shower head was broken and leaked everyhwere. When staff was informed and a switch to a new room was requested, it was denied. Left ASAP

This place is terrible. It was $80 for a dirty room with a door that has clearly been locked in at least once and is still broken. There is no telling if the need was changed before we got there, but it sure did not look like it. Tweakers and junkies all over the place, and the facilities were truly filthy. There aren’t a lot of options in Helena but there had to be something better. Maybe a shelter.

The room was NOT clean, there was trash everywhere outside next the the trash cans.

The room stunk of cigarettes, the blanket had cigarette burns and the sheets where disgusting, the pillows smelled like pee and the bed stunk too, went to the office and asked for a new sheet and air freshener…they didn’t have either…was told that house keeping would bring me a new sheet and they never did. The bathroom wall looked like it had been peed on, the bathroom sink had a syringe lid and hair in it, the toilet had toilet paper floating in it. Tv didn’t work, another room was blaring music and you could hear people yelling and screaming, as well as dogs barking. A car alarm went off around 1am and it blared for nearly an hour. The outside area was filthy. They might be concerned cheap but tbh they should pay you to stay there. I recommend spending the extra $10-20 to go somewhere else.
