Great place to visit. lodging, food and customer service were excellent. The room was so quiet and comfortable. We look forward to being able to visit again.

Well located, nice an neat rooms, we were placed in a room next to the people with pets and a dog did not stop barking.
We called the front desk. It took me 5 calls for them to answer. They located the owners of the dogs and finally was quiet.

The experience was truly wonderful. The staff was attentive, and every detail was carefully considered to ensure a memorable stay. The staff was terrific, and the property was amazing. We loved our stay at Valhalla. 10 out of 10 stars. Again, the staff was absolutely incredible!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The room was spotless and very spacious. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. I would highly recommend.

The Valhalla Resort was very nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The main restaurant was very good. The resort is a bit dated but then again it is supposed to be indicative of an old German town. Helen, Ga is very touristy so our visit was short.

This was an amazing property to stay at. Felt so well taken care of the whole time. The staff was great. The skybar was the best. Drink's, food and views can’t beat it. Highly recommend staying here for an adult only vacation.

Everyone we encountered at Valhalla was friendly and eager to please. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate 3 meals at the hotel and the food was delicious. However the hotel is showing some age and the fall decor was a bit kitschy. The self-parking area is in a sketchy area next to a dumpster behind the hotel - you must climb an old wooden stair up the mountain to get to the ground level. I recommend using valet parking. Great customer service earns the 5 overall.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. I would highly recommend it and look forward to going back.
