Older and charming hotel

Very friendly and easy check in. Older hotel with charm and comfort. Not modern but in good condition. We would stay here again when visiting Helen.

In advertisement said room with view of mountains. when we got there it was a room with a view of stairs. When talked to the front desk they said "well the whole hotel has a view of mountains". That is not what the ad on Expedia says.

HELEN IS A GREAT LITTLE TOWN,OUR LOCATION WAS PERFECT ,HOWEVER IT WAS PRICEY FOR A MOTEL STAY IN JANUARY ,ALSO THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE ARRIVAL COULD HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING
