Can hear a pin drop in this hotel. Guests running upstairs sounds like something is going to come through the roof. To no avail, had to ask concierge to have guests quiet down twice (sleeping baby). From 2/nd floor can hear guests screaming in pool. We’ve been up literally all night.

Cards did not work first time we tried to get into the room. Showerhead did not fit into the ceiling properly. Shower was cold the second morning of our stay. Other than that, everything was great. Beds comfortable, room clean, breakfast delicious.

We came in super late at 1am and the went above and beyond. I wish I could remember yeh young girls name at the front desk. We needed milk for our little one and she got everything we needed. The food staff lady was amazing as well taking good care of our little ones with a snack.

Our room was very tiny, the toilet was not fastened to the floor properly, the tub had a bench across the middle of the toilet 1that would not lift up, faucet safely valve was broken and the stopper in the tub was broken. We asked to be moved but was told they were completely booked. So, we checked out and found another hotel. For a $300 room it was a ripoff.
