The staff and rooms are amazing but the location is a bit far from the hbf

It was a clean apartment, and well laid out for our family. Because we were there when it was really hot, it would have been nice to have a fan or two.

Very friendly. Parking could be better but very convient to Heidelberg

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, with full wall of windows and balcony. Would definitely stay again

Very nice space, although a little far from the touristy parts of town, but easily accessible with the tram

Comfortable room in a Peaceful area
Posted 21 May 2019 on HotelsClean and confortable room in a peaceful area. The hotel is in a residential area just outside of the main city. It’s really quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. That also means there are very few restaurants, cafes or pubs around. One important detail, my room (maybe all rooms?) was in a building a few streets away from the reception desk! There is a self check-in option with a machine, but checkout was only possible at the other building. Staff is very friendly!

The curtain was too small for the already small shower, but that is my only complaint. Overall it was a nice hotel.
