This was in its days a luxury hotel but its beginning to look dated. If modern is what you are looking for. This wont be your place.

Reception could be better in English Attention to detail could be better in rooms Very varying quality on restaurant. Chinese restaurant was very bad Breakfast buffe should be better at keeping hot food at correct temperature, heat lamps were not strong enough

Usually a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza Hefei but this time service seems to have dropped. Eg my bathroom lights didn't work. Also when I ordered fish and chips for dinner I only received fish fingers. No chips or fries. A little disappointed.

感觉还是不错的！服务态度认真，热情。但2楼会所由于最近吸收了许多会员。基本上处于不能应付的状态。会所，泳池，浴室设施基本上无法再使用。已经大不如前。

酒店条件很好，房间宽大，设施齐全，早餐丰富，入住之后感到很舒适。酒店门口就有机场大巴乘坐点，去机场方便。但酒店还有不少需要改进的地方，如洗澡间地漏不畅，有点淹水。游泳池条件本来很好，但我游泳上来开衣柜时钥匙竟然打不开磁锁，等候了二十多分钟后，工作人员才用起子撬开了锁，我才得以换衣出来……
