"The studio provided us with almost everything we needed, in a good location, just a short walk from a bus stop/route with access Centraal Station. The hotel itself, our room and it's facilities were well presented, clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The only negatives were not enough small towels in our room, but this was quickly remedied when we queried this at reception, and they were lacking saucepans in the kitchen, which I hope they'll remedy, having...

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is located about 5 mins walk away from the Central Amsterdam station and is fairly near to many attractions! Staff were very helpful and approachable. The rooms were huge and had kitchenette and washer / dryer. Perfect for couples and small families! "

"We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the mattress is very firm. The studio is perfectly equipped and minimalistic. "

"Good location for transport and walkable to shopping, trips and sights. Only thing dropping the rating was we were at the front of the building and it was noisy overnight. We were woken every night 2-3 times by noise from the streets. Otherwise great location and helpful staff. "

"Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. It was flooding as the water wasn’t directed to the drain and it flowed out of the toilet into the common area but nothing a towel can’t stop. Property was really pretty! Would stay again "

Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. "I was travelling with my 19 year old son. The room was lovely but it felt more like a room for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for our two night stay. I only wish I had booked a canal view as the view at the back was not so good, but it was quiet which we were grateful for after long days exploring Amsterdam. "

"The room was clean, well maintained, quiet, with all the necessary amenities, plus complementary bottled water every day. In the lobby, 24/7, hot and cold beverages, as well as cookies are available. The staff were are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The unique, beautiful, and interesting decoration alongside the wonderful staff creat a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable experience. A beautiful hotel with great service at an excellent location. Walking distance to many attraction sites, restaurants, shopping areas. Hoping that in our next trip to Amesterdam, we will stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant experience at this astonishing city. "
