I recently stayed at the Best Western in Hebbronville, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. **Positive Aspects:** The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to assist with any questions I had during my stay. Their friendly demeanor made a positive impression. **Negative Aspects:** Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. When we checked in, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower curtain was stained, which was quite off-putting, and the bathroom floor appeared dirty. Additionally, I noticed that the door frame trim covering the deadbolt was missing, which raised concerns about security and maintenance. Overall, while the staff provided excellent service, the condition of the bathroom significantly affected my stay. I hope management addresses these issues to enhance the experience for future guests.

Common coffee maker (in breakfast area) out of order for days. Ladies room in lobby out of order for days.

The direct tv did not work on all the channels, it seemed every thing I was interested in watching would not come in, not hotels fault, I am sure it was direct tv's issue. The A/C made a weird sound all the time but cooled the room nicely, just a little noisy. The free breakfast was good and started at 5:30 am which is good for a working hand. The room was clean and neat.
