Arrived at the location didnthe keyless option. When arrived at the room was open and not locked thatsna issue that anyone could have gone in to tje room Went back to front desk and she looled like wjat do you mean its open . Really says i got a up grade Not really sure i overlooked the parking lot easy location to get to from the tube

Cannot fault and absolutely brilliant breakfast for a Garden Inn. Used many times and will do many times again as it’s fab

We had missed our connection back to the USA. We had to book while waiting in line to be rebooked at the airport. The staff was very nice. The food at the bar/restaurant was great and there was a shuttle to and from the teminal.

Thankfully our stay here was only a few hours overnight. Dining was unavailable after 9:30pm which is insufficient for an airport hotel. Breakfast was £18 and there are no other food options nearby. There is a self serve shop where you can buy an orange juice for £5.50! The first floor smelled of cabbage. Hatton Cross station doesn’t have any lifts and has numerous flights of stairs so using the tube from the airport is an effort. The surrounding area is an industrial estate and did not feel safe.

Very close to Heathrow. Opted to use a taxi rather than the bus or van service.

The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect for a Hilton brand hotel next to a major airport. Hotel was busy with people coming and going all the time as you would expect. But as a regular traveller for work, what stood out was the staff. This was a personal trip with my family so had 2 excited and tired children with us. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic and fully engaged with them while we sorted the usual paperwork items. Every other member of staff we interacted with also seemed engaged and happy to help. Many thanks.
