너무 추웠어요.

"숙소 위치나 많이 걷는 등의 내용은 이미 알고있었기에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 정원동 배정 메시지를 보고 숲속동으로 변경요청을 했을때도 매우 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 다만 방 자체가 외풍이 심하고 보일러를 가장 높게 설정했음에도 밤새 안쪽까지는 바닥이 데워지지 않아 추운 상태에서 전혀 휴식이되는 수면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 힐링을 하러깄던건데 잠을 편하게 자지 못해 만족감이 높진 않네요. 그 외 시설이나 산책로는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었고 식사도 좋았습니다. 계절 때문이라해도 난방은 기본적인 문제일텐데 많이 아쉬웠습니다. ..."

"It is misleading to show there is swimming pool in this facility. There is no swimming pool in this facility. The existing swimming pool is in another facility, which is a bit far away. Also it is pay and use, which is pretty expensive."

Cozy place

"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early."
