It was great. The staff were very nice. The place was clea. The only problem was that we had a connecting room (where the door was locked), and we were able to hear the entire conversation of the next door neighbor when they checked in middle of the night, which disturbed our sleep.

Decent place by Healdsburg that wont break the bank. Road noise is an issue though

Over charged, trying to get a credit reverse, but no one seems to understand how to correct the issue. Best not to stay here

It's your typical Best Western. It use to be better before they sold off the better part.
