The property was well situated in Sydney and it was easy to walk around to where I had meetings and to where I went to eat.

But the next day they changed my room and everything was nice 👍

the swimming pool was closed. had to pay for parking in the building garage. for price could have stayed in another property. Gym even though open had building works in access way. stayed at OAK apartments before but this one was a bit of a let me down.

We loved the location, excellent staff and very generous storage spaces in the room. Unfortunate that one elevator was out of action and major renovation was taking place during our stay.

The front desk staff were really great and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was out of order and this had not been communicated, as it was the reason I had specifically booked this property.
The room was a bit run down but the bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good spot, close to the train station and the light rail.

Was ok for a night. Said it had a balcony but it didn't. It was an enclosed sunroom type thing. No natural air.

To use the microwave I needed to stand on a chair. There was no power point in the ‘kitchenette’ to use to boil the kettle. Had to be done on the floor.
