Easy free parking, waterside location, nice room, good breakfast, good access to South Downs and coast. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that swimming pool water is hot, comfortable for old people getting in but makes actual swimming for exercise sluggish.

We love this hotel but once again, the staff were lacking any personality. The sauna wasnt working properly and the jacuzzi was out of order.

It was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay - I stayed two nights for a wedding - the event was well organised and went smoothly
The gym is well equipped and clean
Just one teeny tiny criticism- the air vents in the bathroom of my room and the two other rooms I visited were a bit dusty
