The rooms are excellent but is on a highway and noisy plus charged a different price to what i was quoted

Our overnight stay was very enjoyable for the above rooms. The room was comfortable, clean & well presented. The receptionist was very pleasant & helpful.

i was delayed in getting to the property and they contacted me to ensure they would be open till i got there.
Very friendly staff made me feel welcome
Will stay here again when next in Hay

The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and welcoming. When I opened my room, I could not help but be impressed by the absolute cleanliness of our room. Everything was sparkling, neat tidy and was ‘quality’. I’d stay here again on any future journey.
