I was really pleasently surprised by this hotel. Ignore the negative reviews like I did. Hotel lobby is lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. Check in was a breeze and then i dropped the car off at the adjacent, secure car park. Room was dated but very much comfortable and plush. Pool was great, hot tub maybe needs a little clean. Good gym area. Theres a mcdonalds a 2 min walk across the road. Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, yougurts, fruit and oatmeal. Coffee is 24/7 in the lobby and very good. Water fountains on the main floor great too. Will very much stay here again if i ever land in LAX.

The hotel was fine, just the area seemed unsafe. The parking was also very inconvenient and not connected to the hotel. It was adjacent to the hotel but no direct access and it was shared with another hotel across the street. I really like Hampton Inns but I will not stay at this particular one

The online experience seemed pretty easy and was looking forward to the stay, but once we arrived there was some shady business happening in the entrance. We didn't even leave the car, we tried to leave as soon as possible. I have reached out several times to the front desk and via Expedia to cancel our reservation but the "manager" and the "supervisor" are never available to confirm the cancelletion. Same thing with the Expedia support, they haven't been able to get my reimbursement for the same reason. I do not recommend, I will not return to this or any Hampton Inn locations.

The facilities were not functioning properly, hotel sink would not close off dripped all night. The Jacuzzi look like swamp water, and the hot breakfast was very limited. Otherwise, rooms are clean, hot coffee, tea around the clock.

I had a horrible stay. The room I booked for had no heat and the fridge did not work. I was told they were sold out but they eventually had another room available. My kids and I had to move rooms at one in the morning. The fridge in the new room still did not work and sheets were dirty. I called to speak to the manager Anna and she stated I would have to reach out to Expedia.
