"We stayed for 1 night on way to Gisborne. It was perfect except didn’t see any air conditioning unit nor a fan , it was hot , but nothing like it would be in summer , so that wd be a real concern for me and a deal breaker if no air con . Other than that it suited our needs . "

"The property was literally across the street from the water. For a budget hotel it was more than I expected. It was within a 10 minute walk of the center of town. There were several restaurants in the area that appeared to be quite good. I did not test all of them"

"Loved the staff, young friendly snd diwn to earth. Loved cheeseplatter and water. So easy, reccommend to families and im bringing all my boys next time in napier. Only small critique, the bed was too soft. Pillows are good. Service 5 star Location 5 star Conplimentary use of ocean soa was the cream... "
