Great stay as always
Posted 2 Oct 2021 on HotelsNice location and rooms are close to the car park. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom to get ready. Service is brilliant as always.

Overpriced for poor standard room. Shower incredibly noisy, no tea in room, no option to have a drink on return to hotel, leak at the back of the sink, lights not fixed to ceiling properly etc etc

We found our stay very relaxed & pleasurable. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Would definately recommend Sturmer Hall for a peacefull getaway.

Poor bathroom condition - some due to parts being awaited, other issues staff were not aware of.

Such a calm and welcoming property. Our studio room was very well appointed with lots of lovely furnishing and display pieces. The well appointed garden, with an abundance of seating, pagola's, hammocks and loungers, added to the cool luxury and ambience of the accommodation. The staff were attentive, efficient and extremely caring, no trouble to provide any requirement requested.

It was lovely of the hotel to upgrade us for free but my gosh the beds are like sleeping on a rock..... no give at all. Such a shame...... it would of been a lovely stay if it wasnt for a few hours broken sleep my such an awful matress
