Reserved a two room suite, two king beds with two separate spaces with separate beds. We paid in advance. When I got there, they would not honor the reservation. And only offered us a single room with two queens. They offered No alternatives, and said that on their end that I had only reserved a room with one king bed. And they claimed that because I booked through Expedia, their hands were tied. The two rooms were important as we are traveling with children, Effectively ruining our trip.
