The property is looking very tired, in need of a refurbishment

Access was very difficult with several flights of stairs to climb, totally unsuitable for elderly people. Secondary glazing removed hence the room was very noisy as it faced a main road. Curtains very thin hence street light ingress. Room floor sloped and generally the room and bathroom condition very run down. Hot water required running the tap for about 5 minutes, what a waste.

We really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was very friendly, the food was yum and the rooms were nice.

Need inside door locks so room is more secure.

The building and facilites are tired but the staff were were all lovely and the room was clean.

The staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel would benefit from an overall refurbishment, carpets and paintwork look quite worn. When we arrived finding the entrance to the car park proved quite challenging, maybe some directions to it on the website would help. The breakfast coffee was terrible however the food overall was better than expected, generally well cooked and tasty with some nice touches such as pea shoots and sliced chilli on the SE asian curry. The Sunday roast was also a hit.
