This place was incredible! They paid such close attention to every detail. The service was top-notch, and the food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again. It’s a bit of a drive from old Havana, but it’s worth it because it’s so quiet and peaceful.

The staff at this property truly made this stay unforgettable, and I cannot wait to return. They made me feel so cared for and they went above and beyond for my birthday trip.
My only note is that I believe I got sick from the ceviche that they had in their restaurant. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I never leave reviews, but we had such an amazing experience that I feel compelled to let everybody know. My husband and I stayed here for three nights and the staff is unlike any other hotel I have ever been to, and we travel often. Everyone was so helpful and really made us enjoy our stay. Also the food is very good and very reasonably priced. They really pay attention to detail when it comes to the presentation and complementary treats. I cannot say enough about this hotel and we really appreciated them so much. They arranged all of our taxis, reservations to restaurants and anything else we needed all with smiles. The hotel itself is also beautiful and the rooms very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel :)

Hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind. I was given a room upgrade, a bottle of rum along with a sweet welcoming letter and chocolates were awaiting for me and my partner in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and tub was nice and clean. I loved it all! I think I’ll definitely be booking here again.

I highly recommend VOYA for tourists in Cuba. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. They made us all of our reservations and were always so quick to respond to any of my inquiries or requests. They made us feel taken care of for our entire stay. The hotel itself is stunning!

Fantastic service at a beautiful venue
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsVoya is fantastic. The service is second to none, the hotel is in a beautiful mansion, and the pool is a luxury. Such a relaxing hotel where we were treated fantastically.
Every single member of staff did everything and anything they could to help!
Additionally, the mojitos were arguably the best in Cuba... And we had many.
