Deceiving descriptions of the amenities and pictures of the facilities. The tv wasn't as described, the pool wasn't clean.

Dear Anonymous, I find it offensive to define the deceptive images of our villas. Instead of hiding behind a fake comment, it would have been more welcome to have a constructive comment and a personal opinion of it. The swimming pool is not dirty, it has maintenance every day and the rooms of the villa you have booked have a satellite TV, so I would like to understand where the deception is. The only deception that I see in this review is its wanting to hide behind anonymity because in the structure we have not received any criticism or complaints.

This property has a great location. My family and I loved the amenities. We only had one problem with a guard at the gate who was very rude to us because we were not given guest cards. My only advise to the owner will be to educate the guards at the gate on better customer service. This guard went as far as screaming to my dad and my husband blaming us for something that wasn’t given to us on the first place.

Thanks for your comment. I am very sorry for what happened at the entrance of the residence although I have no excuse in any way I would like to explain that our villas are inside a building complex where the entrance staff and the guards are not directly managed by us and I agree with you that education is the basis of a right way to face any situation, especially in such a situation. Thanks to her, however, I have complained about what happened in order to improve the professionalism that for us who manage our villas is so important because we believe in our work and we regret that in some way we can be confused with a management that does not it belongs.
