Mainly I booked for 10 days but stayed only one day. The staff, specially owners sister in law speak better English wich helped me a lot. Same time I came in very bad time as no electricity in cuba and this hotel doesn’t have generators wich ended up with no water and WiFi too. First day I paid some money to get water to room as it’s upstairs and no elevator. There for I checked in to an another hotel in Havana at better rate and all facilities with WiFi due to generator .

Hola! Sentimos mucho que su experiencia en Cuba no haya la mejor. Usted hizo una reserva y no llegó incluso el día que tenía que llegar y ni siquiera se comunicó con nosotros para saber si llegaría o no. Estuvimos esa primera noche despiertos esperando y habíamos dado por perdida la reserva. Usted finalmente apareció después de 5 días y en medio de una catastrófica situación que no dependía de nosotros porque es el sistema nacional eléctrico que está completamente colapsado y aún está en esa situación. Con respecto a las escaleras eso está especificado cuando usted reserva, contamos con otras 3 habitaciones en la planta baja y fue usted a elegir la Suite que está ubicada en el segundo piso de nuestro hotel. No obstante todo, se trató siempre de darle los mejores servicios y que no se sintiera mal a pesar de la falta de conexión y electricidad, pero ya repito, no dependía de nosotros incluso teniendo generador eléctrico el combustible en Cuba también está en falta. Lamentamos mucho todo.

The rooms were very clean and we were provided with potable water daily.
The staff is friendly and polite.
Good and safe area, close to the Plaza de la Revolucion.
As a minus, the WIFI worked very poorly, most of the time it did not work.

Hello! Thank you so much for the review. As a pleasure for us to receive you in our home. Unfortunately the WiFi Service is not the best, but this is in all the country, Cuba has just one Internet company and they don’t have the infrastructure for better connectivity, this is not our fault. Anyway, we always recommend to the clients to buy a SIM card, so they have better connectivity. Also We are one of the 10 houses in our neighborhood that have the WiFi service. Thank you so much, we really appreciate your opinion, helps us to get better service.

The room is very spacious and clean, but is located up a few flights… the staff was great and helped carried luggage to the room. The WiFi works good downstairs.

Had a very warm & friendly welcome at Residencia Albero Dulce.
The hospitality, food & convenience were very good.
Friendly people & a nice atmosphere.

place really close to revolution square. friendly and nice owner who speaks great english. room was clean, they provided us water to drink every day. nice place
