Our stay here was wonderful. The staff are excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of helpful tips for our stay with money exchange, places to see, taxis, restaurants and anything we could need. Breakfast was nice which was welcome as the food generally in Havana isn’t great. The rooms were cleaned every day and the air conditioning was sublime. WiFi was spotty but it seems to be a problem with the National provider not the Casa. Yamela (name sp.?) was a lovely and helpful host and I’d like to thank Carlos as well, he helped us out a lot and was so pleasant. Austin too. All of the staff are great and a credit to the Casa. The area is a little rough around the edges but the location itself is good, close to the Capitol, Gran Theater, Hotels, Revolution Museum (closed for renovations), Many squares, parks, and the ocean front.
