The water was often cold, so often cold water, the shower and toilet are not separated so all the water from the shower goes all over the toilet and of course the floor gets allowed wet so the next person that wants to use the bathroom they better have boots. The air conditioning should be cleaned as the filters are all full of dust and it doesn’t work very well we had it on 16 and still the room was warm. The lobby or what they call the courthouse view is the hallway where everyone hangs out and the door for the room are there so you hear everyone that comes for breakfast from all the other 5 houses and the house is very complex to find especially when they give you the address for the other home ont the Expedia app. The welcome wasn’t very welcoming more like snobby when i said the casa was har to find even our taxi driver was frustrated. Overall i wouldn’t stay here again, but we need to keep in mind it’s Cuba and we get what we pay for. The supper meal we had wasn’t worth the 10 US dollar maybe we just picked the wrong night the soup and food was cold, they didn’t offer drinks, we can take juce in the fridge, no one came to ask if everything was okay, no dessert only bread with coconut,The room was big but no window.

5 notti dal 7 al 12 Febbraio. Magnifico e arredato con gusto. Ci si sente a casa. Tutto é pensato per far passare ai clienti un bel soggiorno. Centralissimo. Camere pulite e spaziose. Personale gentilissimo. Buffet e cena buoni e molto abbondanti, per gli standard di cuba il cibo é davvero eccellente. Nel menu c'é sempre anche l'aragosta. Acqua gratis tutto il giorno nella sede centrale. Torneremo sicuramente.

Alojamento muito bom. Pessoal atende com gentileza e o Davi está sempre pronto para ajudar com câmbio, reserva de táxis, sugestões de restaurantes e locais para visitar. Café da manhã farto e diversificado. Muitas frutas, sucos, ovos, vários salgados e funciona das 7 às 11 horas. Internet excelente por 1 euro/dia. Não faltou energia em nenhum momento durante 8 dias, ao contrário do que a imprensa no Brasil noticia.

レセプションが離れた場所にある。 世界の色んな宿に泊まったことがありますが、一番不快なベッドでした。 部屋の埃と湿度が酷くカビ臭くてベッドが湿っていて最悪でした。 とても埃っぽくて、鼻と喉の奥が炎症を起こしたようで痛くなり、濃い黄色の痰と鼻水が出るようになりました。 移動で疲れていてゆっくり休みたいのに、工事をしだして、機械で金属を切るような騒音が朝の9時から始まりました。 お金の換金は１ドル＝315ペソです。

Casa David Junior is brilliant, it’s located very convenient, all the landmarks are at a great distance, it is safe with a lovely staff who are eager to help you with all your questions and they al speak very good level of English. I would highly recommend this beautiful colonial house , the owner himself is a vet so expect to see baby crocodiles in treatment in their small artificial pond, thank you, you made my stay in Havana exceptional ✌

Os quartos sao limpos e os funcionarios gentis e atenciosos e o hotel fica proximo do Parque Central. De inicio ficamos em um quarto longe da recepcao o que dificultava muito. Conseguimos a troca para o predio principal em um quarto razoavelmente bom. Qdo voltamos de Varadero, conseguimos nos manter no predio principal, mas em um quarto que dava pra o restaurante, muiiiito barulhento. Alguns banheiros nao têm tampo no vaso sanitario e nenhum tem uma cortina no chuveiro, o que molha muito todo o banheiro.

Chez David, tout est facile. On est chouchoutés, informés, conseillés, aidés. Les repas sont incroyablement copieux ( quel délice la langouste) café et jus de fruit à disposition toute la journée. Équipe formidable. David parle Français 🙏 et est super disponible et réactif. Habana Vieja est à 10 minutes à pied max.

Cons: -No soap in the bathroom. -Broken room lock, couldn't lock it, just closing the door. -No soap rack in the shower. -No eggs on the buffet, you should order them but no information about it. Pros: -Cleanliness. -Helpful english speaking polite staff. -Comfortable spacious room. -Free bottled water in the kitchen. -Nice communal living area. -Lobster at dinner is amazing.

Mi experiencia alli fue mala,por respecto a la privacidad,no subiré él video,pero que sepan que grabe todo con mis gafas,se refieron a nosotros a la hora de abandonar la habitación con la palabra desalojo,no bastandole a chica que estaba en la recepción,la repitio una y otra vez,cuando con humildad,yo le decia,me vi obligada a cancelar a ultima hora después de ver las condiciones de la casa,soy asmatica ,alérgica y pocos minutos alli me basto para estar mal de la piel,nos cambiaron de casa ellos,a una casa en construcción,también tengo videos,si me decian previamente que me pasarian a una casa en esas condiciones,yo simplemente no hubiera reservado dos habitaciones por 7 dias mas,a la hora de verme obligada abandonar el lugar(se refiririeron a mi familia y a mi como dejalojen la habitación),no se si ellos tenian claro que yo habia pagado ese dia por dos habitación y eso te lo penalizan si o si,independientemente las circunstancias por las que se canceló,les molesto,y listo desalojen,con decir que puedo demostrar lo que escribo,a las 12 se abadona la habitación, yo me vi obligada para buscar otro lugar pasarme de hora(ojo pero se me cobro el dia por 2 habitaciones igualmente por la penalización, y en solo una de las dos habitaciones tube mis cosas una o dos horas mas),incluso dije que cobrarán si habías que pagarlo como cualquier otro hotel,ya estando pagadas cabe recalcar,me alertaron del cambio de lugar,pero no devlas condiciones del otro lugar.de esto si subo fotos.
